Here's the best advice for having fun with this game. So get your disk and throw it like a frisbee.
I'm the type to have games to play cause of the challenege then there is kinect to just have fun with it's awesome!
More Kinect tip videos. Hurray.
Game got a 3 out of 5. Doesn't sound fun from what a lot of folks are saying.Reminds me of why Cheat! failed as a TV show. While it did have potential... it was almost like whoever produced the show picked a name out of a hat to decide which games to do segments on. Even if it wasn't exactly like that, the decision seemed to lack any sort of acceptable research about or familiarity with the game's popularity or, in the case of Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire, playability.I remember, an entire episode was dedicated to Crackdown. Sure, it was a good game, but it sold so well because it shipped with the Halo 3 Beta. A trip to even G4's own forums would tell someone that Crackdown isn't necessarily regarded as a triple-A, Blockbuster title. I like the game, but hardly anyone would care to watch most of a 30-minute show just to learn how to kill 1 or 2 guys. But MSG: Crossfire was the lowest point. It's like whoever decided to make a segment on that game either A) has never played one before, or B) is an agent of the right-wing and intentionally picked that game in an attempt to cancel Cheat! [which they eventually succeeded at doing!]. It's a game so atrocious that G4's own Matt Keil said "Should you get your hands on a PS3, avoid this at all costs." I would know, because it's on your website, G4. In the video review, Sessler called the game "god-awful", that "everywhere you turn in this game, there's something horrible", and that it "wouldn't even be acceptable on the PS2".And yet apparently, someone, somewhere, thought that a televised walkthrough would be a good idea. It's been almost 4 years since that game released. Still haven't forgiven you, G4.
I'm really interested in this game, but I've heard from other sites that the controls are broken and barely work at all. Even watching your video, I saw that you were bumping into things and I'm gonna bet that it wasn't because of lack of skill. Maybe if I hear some more positive things about this game, or maybe if they patch in a fix for the controls I'll get it. Until then, I'll just stick with Dance Central.
meh. not worth buying Kinect for. give me a "real" game. im not even gonna ask for it for Christmas.
