I hated the ending for both sides. Right as it gets interesting it ends. Such a let down how does that lead up to episode 4. I beat the game in 3 hours. Wast of 60 bucks that i could have used for another game. Dlc better be free and if the make another one, which they will probably will, I'm renting I rather pay $7 to beat it instead of $50

The games speak for themselves, as always. I mean anything else is hear-say.

Well that annoys me. Their was so much hype over this game, especially at E3. And then we see this rubish? Come on. What kills me the most is that everyone says the selling point in both games is the story. And if that is the case... why make a video game out of it!? Ditch the gameplay elements and just give this guy his own movie or book trilogy!

Granted, it looks like they improved the gameplay elements to make it a better overall quality video game. But still, the fact that it's just as short as the last game practically means nothing. Their is a lot of indie-style games out there that are just as short, and yet, they whip out intuitive gameplay all the time.

Based on this talk about, my only hope is that this game sells no where near as many copies as the last game. Their is certainly better five star quality games out there that deserve it.

I'm going to agree with some points the two aid in the talk about and disagree with others. I wasn't blown by the story as I was in the first one, but it wasn't bad. The Starkiller arc never gets fully explored, and I feel they are either hoping for the finish to the trilogy to explore that, or at the very least DLC. I do agree that the game was a little short, one more level probably would of done it its fair justice, and the stuff with Yoda and Boba Fett was a letdown.

That said, you guys didn't talk enough about it's positives, and there is a lot. The last game I played that had as memorable of set pieces was either God of War 3 or Uncharted 2. The second level, Cotai Mota or however you pronounce it especially can stand on its own as one of the funnest levels in any Star Wars game period. The boss fight in that level was fun, challenging but not frustrating, and had enough variety and realism of how you combat it to be very memorable. The tighter controls really made that all come to pass of course, but honestly if this game was just a bit longer, had a bit more depth to it's characters and story it could of easily been up for a game of the year nomination.

I'm hoping they give some free DLC to make up for it, and I think the review Matt Keil put up did the game enough justice, as it is far from perfect. But to say that it is worst than the first one? It did nothing but improve on all the game aspects of the first one, and only fluttered slightly in terms of story. Again had the game got its third act it could of been praised. The biggest key is how excited you are playing it, HOPING for that third act. I think it is a testament to how strong the rest of the game is. I highly doubt we will get free DLC, but reasonably priced would be nice, I just wish they could of let them finish the game proper.

Not surprised that this game is extermely short. As long as Hardchore sheeples keep buying garbage the developers like this will MW2 lengthen these type of games, but hey some noobs and morons will say there always dlc. This just adds to why gaming companies are ripping people off more and more from people. They figure they can half ass a game and not make it complete while ensuring that sheeples will buy dlc and maximise their profits while meeting their quaterly stock margins.

I loved the first one. But it sounds like SWTFU2 has a little too much emphasis on the FU part.

i completely agree that this only feels like half a game i thought the last level was the midpoint until the credits started it was pure BS. I did like everything else about the game though it was fun, had good boss fights, good gameplay, and was looking like it would be a solid entry in the star wars universe but then it ended at what should of been the midpoint. i played the first game last week and i spent time going though all the levels to get all the hidden stuff and get the force power to thier max and on the 3rd playthough i went as fast as i could though the game and it was atleast an hour longer than this game and i played though this one casually. Really im just disapointed with this game. after everything that was promised for this game and how good the developers said it was i just got to ask WTF!

that sucks, im real sad to hear that. but, lucesarts has been going down hill for some time, its become so much about just the money. fans aren't going to flock to this one as they did the first. i hope thats a wake up call for them then.

The game play itself is greatly improved and really could have been a far better game than the first if it was maybe twice as long, and had more of a story, it's a shame. But that being said it is fun to play the little amount of time you do get to play.

Picked it up for $40 and will be able to trade it in for $33. Decent price for a rental (at least until the Redboxes near me start renting games)...

Getting tired of new games being designed around selling DLC, the orignal releases just keep getting shorter and shorter.. and it's just been getting worse over the years.

I've been wanting this game for awhile now but basically, what is a $60 game is only worth a 1 day rental (actually half a day if that were possible lol), that is dissapointing-ly pathetic.

Stopped watching after he said he hated the original and stated his reasons.

'wallet rape' pretty much sums it up. i beat it in about 4.5 hrs. I went straight to GameStop and got $30 trade in value for Fable III. Will not be playing anymore TFU games. Not a chance in hell i'll pay for DLC.

So there's going to be a DLC for SWTFU 2? Does LucasArts think people got their money's worth on this 5 hour game? If they are going to charge people for these DLCs, talk about wallet rape...

Maybe Hayden Blackman took the second half of the game with him when they booted him.

That's too bad that this game is so underwhelming. I was really hoping it would improve on all of the aspects of the original.

I was looking at the specs for the PC version and saw how little disk space it requires. Now I know why. The game is ridiculously short.

WOW! I was looking forward to getting this games when the price dropped to $30 anyway, now I'll just rent.

I had no glitchiness whatsoever on the PS3. I feel that the controls are what we should have experienced in the first game.. crisp. I was happy with the game, they took out all the filler that felt extraneous in the first game (like some of the combos and levelling up). The locations made more sense in this game in regards to plot for this stage in the series.

I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. If it was a little longer, like maybe one new location, it would get an 8.
