How can not like a company like Gearbox?

As long as Gearbox doesn't outsource borderlands 3 and 4 to an iPhone game developer like they did the new DLC, i'll be happy. If borderlands 2 isn't developed in house I'll be kin to starting the robot revolution early.

Hilarious! Gearbox should try their hand at a Sly Cooper/Ratchet & Clank-esque game, cause these cats are funny! Well Played, Gearbox.

That was hilarious... and to think i had almost skipped it since i usually don't care what projects are in the planning stages. Man that was funny.

This company has no credibility to me. Borderlands froze on me the very first time as soon as I got off the bus in the game. Yea this game was one of the biggest dissapointments, along with Dragon Age and Two Worlds. They made it sound like it was one massive world and it is not. It's broken down into a bunch of loadtime screens and poorly designed levels. I tried to like this game and the others mentioned, but I have a lot higher standards of what games are supposed to be by now, and these games just don't cut it.

I love Gearbox. They shot up on my list of favorite devs after a couple of awesome Brothers in Arms games. Then they shot up even further after the amazing Borderlands. They dropped down a few levels since they didn't bother to give us even one of the 4 awesome DLC packs for free (something valve would have done!!). Then they got shot up even further after I found out they were developing a real Aliens game. And they almost shot through the roof of my list after they announced the were bringing Duke back to life.

I think Randy Pitchford is exactly the type of person this industry needs more of. I think Gearbox is a developer focusing on making core games for core gamers, and that is something that is becoming harder and harder to find. With Valve, Gearbox, and Kojima Productions, I think I have the most awesome top 3 Dev list ever! If Gearbox wants to get higher on my list, they are going to have to take a page from Valve and offer some meaty DLC packs for free. We will gladly pay for most of them, but you have to give us at least one for free.
