Abbie Heppe is in the hot seat for Feedback this week as she is joined with Eric Eckstein, J.P. Shub, and Casey Schreiner to talk about the rock gods of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock and to create a deeper look at the review for Civilization V.

Sweet! They used my question of the week. And actually, it was pretty much the answer I expected.

Adam is awesome and I love him. But Abbie in the big chair equals win!

A good group this week --lots of good conversation and insightful commentary; that's how it should be done (though I still miss Adam).

All this talk about DLC got me thinking about pre-digital distribution games, namely: what games, from that time, do I wish had DLC (or that DLC were an option)? RE4 and Silent Hill 2 came to mind, or Ico.

For me, I can't seem to get enough of a "perfect game." On more than one occasion I've found myself still wanting more regardless of how long a game might be. For example, the first time I played RE4 (many moons ago) I was pleasantly surprised by it's length, but could have easily played more missions and locals in that game.

I must admit, this is the best line up since the days of Adam, Patrick, Abbie and Sterling. Jp is win, Eric and Casey are great as well, and Abbie is wonderful as always. The only thing that could've made this better was having Adam in there, but honestly im alright with this line-up. Bring these guys back!

Abbie in the hosting chair?! Casey finally on feedback?! Yay. :) Good feedback, guys. Adam's absence is noticeable, though.

P.S. If Casey returns to Feedback, he should class up the joint with his usual suit and tie. It's weird to see him without them.

Playing a drinking game every time someone comments about how cute Abbie is or try to hit on her via comment page we take a drink. Not original people the only thing you're accomplishing is getting me drunk.

not to sound cranky. but guitar hero and rock seems uninteresting too me.
i have spent over $100 on dlc for rock band alone. its a great game, just tired. kinda like tony hawk series.
being more positive, dlc is awesome and has expanded many of my games past their usual shelf life.
i just wonder if 10 years from now, will i be able to redownload ballad of gay tony to replay it???

to the last question of the week, where the panel basically praised dlc, it kind of is worth noting though about how it is possible for developers to withhold content just to sent it out in a few weeks and charge people an extra 5 bucks for it,

DLC really bothers me because it seems like a way for developers to send out incomplete games and then add things on later, and then the people on the internet praise the game for the dlc,
i wish dlc would get cheaper as time passes on, or at least have a point to where it becomes free by the time a sequel is released, it just seems like a shame where eventually some video games (fable 2) get rereleased with all the dlc available at the same price that someone would've purchased the game for originally
