Feedback -- Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock & Civilization 5
Abbie Heppe is in the hot seat for Feedback this week as she is joined with Eric Eckstein, J.P. Shub, and Casey Schreiner to talk about the rock gods of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock and to create a deeper look at the review for Civilization V.

Adam, Abbie, JP and Nicole is the power team...Adam is just a great host. Abbie is just great period. JP adds a lot of different insight, and Nicole is quiet enough, but has a different vibe from the other 3.

YAY!!!! Caey on Feedback. JP was also great, and best yet, no Nikole. She would have just been there to breath Casey's air. Great group this week. Not interested in either game of the week, but you guys kept me engaged. Great work!

    Great Feedback guys

I was a bit worried at first because of the absence of Adam and other regulars. But Casey and Eric did and awesome job. Great job hosting Abbie. Keep up the good work.

I have to agree with the comment on Civ 5, the computer seems a little retarded when it have to do with army movements...

This may be a stupid question but can anyone tell me the name of JP's band? I'm always in the mood to hear some good new metal and the way he talks about his band has got me pretty enthusiastic to hear what they've got goin on.

Oh snap, forreal!? Abbie's host?! Thas wassup. =D
She keeps the convo rolling, in a humorous, yet intelligent tone.
    I believe the term I'm looking for is..'wit'? =)
And JP's baack!! Double-cooool. Thank you for that, guys! (^_^)
I agree with Casey Schreiner - we MOST DEFINITELY need more Comedy games.
All these shooters, man.."Why so serious?".
(But perhaps Bulletstorm aims to change that?)
LOL! "You were enjoying it too much; Apple wanted you to stop."; "And this is coming from Steve Jobs - he knows." Hahahah, ohhh maann. XD
Hahahah..When Abbie said "be cautious" & glanced right at the camera..That was pure GOLD. XD
They need to make a FREAKIN' GAME out of exploding PS3 controllers. XD
Quick, G4! Be the first to get on that! =b
With all respect to the game & it's players/fans/community, forget MW2 - thats old news.
I wanna see how Black Ops stacks up to Medal of Honor.
Especially since Survival/Zombie Mode has recently been confirmed for Black Ops. =D
    Turn-Based Strategy's dying, you say?
Just call up Square-Enix & make them do a Chrono Trigger HD remake (on the main console[s], not a handheld), like, with Final Fantasy Versus 13, NON-Akira Toriyama graphics/animation + cutscenes, and we'll see if Turn-Based Strategy is still dying. =)
Though it WOULD be interesting for Chrono Trigger to receive Kingdom Hearts' battle system, just so it wouldn't feel so obsolete/antiquated.
LoL; A.I.'s ALWAYS been one of the worst scourges of gaming (friend or foe).
Its just been able to skate by in the shadows, 'cause all other issues stood out more & have been, for the most part, more prevalent. Now that we've reached the point where all those issues have been, for the most part, addressed, the only elephant left standing in the room is AI quality.
And its the one elephant I would really like to see escorted out of the room.
Addressing AI quality would make for a most interesting turn in gaming history. And it would totally make me afraid of Kinect/Milo-Tech..just saying. [Watch Milo be the REAL Skynet. (0_0) ]
{{GASP!}} You hate Linkin Park!? How BLASPHEMOUS!!
LoL, j|k; you're entitled to that, but you lose brownie points for it. =b
LoL; yes! 20 hours, just like Abbie said. 8 hours straight, for 3 days.
LoL, nahh. Although I find that timeframe quite ideal, it doesn't seem like you'd get campaign closure in 3 days' time. Assuming Aara's only referring to the (linear) single-player/campaign experience (excluding DLC & arcade titles), I think the perfect game should take about 28 hours.
[Excluding non-linear games, Multiplayer, DLC, Arcade games, Sandbox games, RPG's, MMO's, & other time-sinking games.]
That 4th day/final stretch (or as Adam likes to say - the "denouement" of a game) makes everything you've done in campaign beforehand, feel SOO worth it. But thats just MY take on that question. =)
LoL! I was right. Abbie kept things rolling; no lulls or prolonged tangents. THANK YOU, Abbie; Feedback sorely needed that. ['Wrap that siht up!' XD LoL]
XD LoL "Ohk; cool; fine {{sticks out tongue}}; whatever."
Hahahah..So silly this Feedback ep., Abbie; I liiike. (^_~)
You've grown to be more awesome by leaps & bounds. =)
Awesome job hosting Feedback, Abbie! (^_^)
    [As expected. =) ]
And Casey Schreiner's personality was an AWESOME addition to Feedback!
Should have him on more often!
My only fear (which you should ignore) is that his personality is slightly too great for just a guest chair/panelist - he's more of a host/main chair type of guy.
(I don't watch the MMO Report, since I'm not an MMO-gamer, so I wouldn't really know otherwise. =/ Sorry Casey.)
    LoL, JP; "Achievement unlocked".
LoL; Are you still taking that whole "so negative" thing to heart, Abbie? (<_>) I'm sorryy.
Don't worry about it anymore; its forgiven. =)
    "Things!" XD
One of your funnier Feedback eps in a WHILE, guys; props for being awesomesauce. =D ..Excuse me, *Award-Winning*. LoL
[BTW; Still waiting for you guys to get Ms. Moye on Feedback. She's the only female left on G4 (that I know of) that hasn't graced Feedback with her presence & gaming input. =)
Come on, Moye!! Dooo eeett. XD ]

Feedback Power Team: Adam, Casey, Abbie, & JP = awesomeness overload.

Finally Casey is on Feedback. Adam wasn't on here but it's still great, can the Feedback ever be bad? I'll answer that, NO!

After watching last week's feedback, i thought that they should just have her host when Adam is gone.... So i was happy that she was chosen to host. and for the most part she did a good job, but the transitions from topic to topic were pathetic... Eric was cute and seemed nervous, kinda like Nikole of the last two weeks. its fun when JP is on just because you really see his enthusiasm for games. Casey was great too, he didn't hog the mic or camera's but he wasn't shy and made quality comments when he did talk.

Yay, Abbie hosting! Good job. =)

Sessler evil? Noooo, you don't say...

JP seems like he's quite at home here on Feedback.

Good Feedback. Turn-based game is not what it used to be, so it's great you match it up with a music game cause their popularity is waning as well, maybe not as much as turn-based games but people probably had enough of these music games.

I laughed when J.P. was explaining why Civilization 4 doesn't appeal to him and Casey replied back with "because it's a thoughtful game." Nerds everywhere who ever wanted to get back at cool people, probably cheered when Casey said that.

Casey's face/expressions make me smile! Aside from that, he's surprisingly a good communicator, even unscripted. He's well mannered and doesn't fight for the mic (Adam and JP are really mic-time dominators). He's authentically funny when he does pipe in.

Good experiment with the cast, and let me say: I think Casey should be regular! (this has nothing to do with the laxative I slipped him).

JP was fun and spoke well into the mic. We could hear him. But Abbie and him practically fought over mic time. If you add Adam to the mix (who [justifiably] dominate the mic) they're probably going to be running all over each other. Whenever Abby is hosting, though, he should _so_ be there.

Abbie hosting, a (in context) mention of Cannibal Corpse, AND Casey Schreiner. Pure win.
Btw finding a way to slip Cannibal Corpse, in context, into a conversation is not that easy to do. :P

The Beard if spreading his influence... This is a good thing. Casey needs to get himself onto Feedback more often.
