That trailer was... adequate.

This looks absolutely amazing!

The original Bioshock was the first Next-Gen game I'd played; I popped it in the day that I finished making my first computer, and I LOVED it. Bioshock 2 was horribly underwhelming for me...I didn't even finish the game, never touched the multiplayer--there was just a spark missing....
I have to say that Infinite looks to be the sequel I wanted! So what if the setting is different? Looks like I finally get to enjoy another immersive story with excellent character development!
To all those crying foul and suspecting it being pre-rendered....who cares if the graphics are good? They have about two years to get the game play down solid; this game could look like it was made for the ps2 visually, so long as the story, voice acting, and actual game play are solid. Maybe it's just me...but games don't -have- to look impeccable, sure it's a bonus, but not a prerequisite.

I've been playing games for over 20 years now. The level of detail and power now is incredible. 2K and Irrational keep upping the ante again and again. All I know is I want to fight Big Birdy :)

Holy Heaven. Why are they showing all of this now? Unless there planning to throw us a Dead Rising Case Zero or a Gran Turismo 5 Prologue type version of this next year, it's to soon to make me this happy inside my brain.

Awesome trailer! Hard to believe its still going to look that great upon release but its still going to be fantastic. My only complaint is the woman's (elizabeth?) breasts were a little big, it comes off as tacky in my opinion. It's akin to most crappy Japanese games.

I love how there putting a talking protagonist much better than I silent walking statue

Wow just wow. But part of me is saying "please dont be racist, please dont be racist."

To qoute jay from jay and silent bob strike back "i think i just filled the cup!" the concept and plot line flow will be epic that for sure.

"Thats just making him angry!"
"Hes already angry!"
lmao that was great. Its hard to believe, when looking at the video that they still need over a year to finish the game.
Oh well at least it gives me time to play BioShock, probably going to skip two, unless its an important part of the story.

Im thinking they gave us the release date of 2012 just so they could "surprise" us if it were released eairly. It looks like the game is well into development.

Looks great, and i dont think its pre-rendered, its using the unreal engine again for a guess, and its pretty good standard of the engine, this is going to be one of the coolest games, really looks like its got much more depth than the first, and i loved the first one!

**Jaw on the floor** Mind is complately blown, day one purchase for me.

Is anyone else worried about the amount of actual gameplay displayed here? The game looks fantastic but i don't see much control by the player, besides a few moments between scripted events that let you press buttons. Hopefully this is just because it is more of a concept demo than what the actual game will play like. Cinematic is a great feel to strive for, but this is a game not a movie; there has to be a good "game" in there.

Bioshock is pretty much the definning game of this generation and one of my personal favorite games. Bioshock 2, while not as good story wise (and I know developed by a different studio), was more fun in the gameplay department. While Infinite is definetly a "Bioshock" game, I think the title Bioshock is meant to be more of a idea rather than a set formula, or gameplay, or location to go by because it represents a location cut off by the rest of the world because of some misplaced idea of superiority or attempts at totalitarianism that ultimately ends up in shames. Needless to say I couldn't be more excited for this game because of what i think its social commentary will say about the state of our current union. Plus it will totally kick a**

Holy effing eff! That is unreal! I love the Bioshock series so much!

The previous Bioshock games always had a dark and ominous feel to them. But i love how with this they gave it a bright but still ominous setting. Now i need to know why that thing is chasing her, and whats with all this revolution stuff? And really, who drinks stuff from a strange bottle with a crow on top? But oh well, still want this game...ugh why did they put this out so early.,,
