@obvious2me Happened to me as well, if they dont happen to get next to each other right wen u see them, just wait a little longer because eventually they will cross each other, another thing u can do is have one person shot the grunts that are opperating the turents, have one person charge to them both and use a plasma pistile fully charged on each of them when they are next to each other and have one person bomb the hell out of them (sadly may result in the death of ur teammate)

recieved all of them just playing through the campaign...
the banshee one you can do on pretty much any level with banshees flying about, shoot em down with the plasma pistol.
The 'killing the zealot' achievement, from the platform the player was standing on you can jump to your right onto the ledge, charge the zealot with your plasma pistol and kill him before he even exits his little cubby hole. :]
The 2 wraiths with the mortar strike, just wait a few more seconds and they literally come in and sit right next to each other, did for me anyway.

Reach is amazing, best online multiplayer I've ever played.
