Wait, what?! This was announced back in September and I'm just now hearing about it?! I'm getting this. There's no reason in the universe for me not to want this. I missed out on Ico but I have Shadow of the Colossus and those game were gorgeous even on the PS2's limited hardware. And now they're going HD? Can the universe handle this awesome? It damn well better!

I'll get Shadow because it's seems more like my kind of game. Epic music epic moments epic dialogue (Japanese in this instance) and epic scope. Love it. Move support please.

It is a joyous day! Not one, but two of the greatest, most underappreciated games are getting another chance to shine! Trophies, tightened graphics, and (hopefully) the chance to finally play Ico in it's true form. Translated text for Yorda, secret lightsaber, watermelon ending, and maybe even some added goodies for both games.

Like the other collections, I own and beat the games on PS2. But once this finds a $20 price I'll probably pick up a copy because these games are worth a second trip. GoW, the Sly collection, now these, who knows what's next. Even the MM and MMX collections I own on NES/SNES but had to have them again for some reason.
I'm for the gameplay and just maybe a few easy trophies. The graphics upgrade doesn't mean much at all and might affect the games as we remember them. 3D is a waste of time, that gimmick will fade fast.
