I'm going to give this one some more time. idk what I think yet. i like the art design and they have some cool ideas. When they say melding of multiplayer and single player is it just going to be like halo campaign matchmaking that I think is coming out soon? Or something completely new? It seems like its going in a good direction. I support their creativity, we need it in games.

Does anyone else think of mirrors edge when they hear the intro or outro music?

@ lowkevmic, just take the game for wut its worth. take yer halo titles outta yer undies and give this one a chance. not like halo was cheap either.

i am annoyed by several things

    1. they say its melding multiplayer and singleplayer together, but they don't tell you in what sense. you're melding multiplayer and singleplayer together? ok... how is that going to work? they don't they are just giving us buzz words, multiplayer and singleplayer and melding... so someone can say to someone else, "this game sounds cool, theres going to be a melding of multiplayer and singleplayer" and then when the person says "how will that effect gameplay?" the guy has no idea.

    2. they call themselves hardcore shooter fans. its a continuation of the use of buzz words... giving no real information, just using undescriptive words with positive connotations.

    3. the movement style makes it look slow paced... if the computer takes control of your person to get from point A to point B, then you would be at a huge disadvantage if the game is fast paced, the only way it could be viable was a slower paced fps.

    4. the weapon and sights are huge and in some gameplay footage take up the majority of the screen, minimizing ever important visibility.

@shmaron and ProjektX13- So I can parkour in a FPS...Big whoop?? Am I really gonna shell out 60 bucks for another FPS because I can run up walls and customize my character that only other people can see??

I was already planning on getting this game, but hearing how passionate the development team is about this game, and seeing how tight the gameplay looks, I am now even more convinced about my decision to make this a launch day purchase.

I agree with Onikinou. There has been so much talk about this game, but I still haven't seen anything in any screen shots or videos that makes me feel like this is some new creative way we play the same first person multiplayer shooter. Looks like Borderlands with a deep multiplayer.

i'm hearing too much about this. i'm starting to hate it instead of being hyped.
