    yes...this supreme court ruling needs to go in our(the gaming communities) favor. i couldn't help thinking, though, that, if the supreme court were to rule against the ECA and the other groups, how it much online gaming could improve for adults. think about it... you might(and i stress might) see fewer and fewer 12-15 year kids online, talking trash because they know they are safe. that to me would be awesome.

    but, anything that restricts freedom of speech (which, this can be argued, this does) is un-constitutional, and therefore illegal.
