this is the proper way to enjoy any fallout game
Step 1: Stock up on redbull, mtn dew, and white castles.
Step 2: Make sure to get adult dippers
Step 3: Make sure to warn all those who are close to you that you will be locked up in your room for sevral weeks.
Step 4: Buy the best lock money could buy to ensure no does try to inturpt your epic wasteland ownage.

I really want this game...Now. I was watching and I noticed the different animations. that running with pistol drawn animation was 10 times better that FO3's.

seems pretty good..am i the only one who likes to recruit followers to help fight...need to add more of that aspect..this game can get to be very difficult and its nice to have extra help sometimes...

I loved Fallout 3, and this looks like more of the same with a little innovation thrown in.

hoping that bethesda's move to steam helps press them to come out for mac's otherwise it'll be another console only game for me ((missing my mods))

I never finished Fallout 3, but I am anxious about this one. I am more of a strategy PC player than RPGer, but lately...

Thank God there wont be any Metros... I was scared to death with all those ghouls chasing you in FO3. I'll also be looking forward to finding snowglobes (bobbleheads) in FONV.

Looks like he's doing what he always wanted to do back when he worked on Van Buren

Is it too late to hope that we'll get ghoul strippers?

I'm going to be losing another 200 hours of my life.

Now I'm faced with a big decision. Not whether to get this, as that's a given, but on what platform. PC or PS3... I got Fallout3 on PC. For me, it's a hard call.... I want to want to get it on PS3, but something is nagging me not to and I can't quite put my finger on it.

I wonder if anybody has mentioned (here on G4 in the comments on all FO New Vegas related articles) that this hardcore mode, while I applaud the inclusion, seems to be ripping off the well known mod Fallout Wanderer's Edition (Something like that; don't shoot me). FWE is in essence a hardcore mode for FO3, and the features they describe in New Vegas's hardcore mode can all be found in this mod, or others even. I'm not bothered by the fact that they used a mods ideas, but some mention that inspiration came from the community would be nice.
