I LOVE ABBIE HEPPE!

oddworld abe's oddysee and oddworld abe's exoddus are prime examples of great platformers with great story lines. I hope to see a day were instead of making short 3D games they make high quality well made 2D games that are excruciatingly long.

Can't you do something about the spam bots? If not, then take the comment display off the front page please!!!!

I'd like to buy Starcraft 2, but I'm waiting for a while to take a stand (yeah, like those sales numbers are going to indicate that I'm taking a stand...) against the $60 price point as well as the fact that only a Terran SP campaign is included in the game. I'm tired of Activision testing the waters, constantly trying to test the financial boundaries of gamers. They want $60 to be the new price for PC games, just like with consoles. And they want to sell Zerg and Protoss SP campaigns separately...probably as full-priced games. Sadly, just like with the $15 map packs, most gamers seem to be more than willing to prove Activision right and encourage this behavior.

Awesome. Another episode of feedback I won't get to watch because the feedback people are to lazy to push the "upload" button on their itunes. Great job.

Like this show stated Starcraft 2 is a terrific game and I am not mad because blizzard decided to split the campaign into 3 games. I haven't gotten to play the campaign yet because I am so addicted to the online portion of the game. I really enjoyed the league system that was implemented in the game so newer players will have a better chance at winning. I just got into the diamond league and I will be participating in a MLG tournament for Starcraft 2 so hopefully I do good =)

well... I just hope they like um :] best of luck!
and the "DOONNGG" sound needs to come back for the obscure references... it made them even more awesome :]

Yes Space Combat! All though the comment seems to have gone almost entirely unnoticed on the comments board here, I will second that plea to hear about what exactly has happened to Space Combat games. The last Rogue Squadron game wasn't that bad was it...?

A great show guys. I actually look forward to Adam's obscure references; especially when it is regarding literature. Some classic texts I feel can get lost through time if no one is discovering them. I do have to wonder what happened to the 'clang' sound when Adam pulls the reference out though.
I was actually very surprised how composed Morgan was when it came to discussing Starcraft 2. I thought it was really well done, but the reactions were definitely different to when they were discussing Crackdown 2 where there was a lot more energy and some disappointment with their orb-collecting addiction :oP.
On the discussion of 2-D platformers, has anyone played 'Flashback' from Delphine software international? It was out on Sega Genesis and PC. That actually had a pretty solid setting to it. Basically done like a futuristic Prince of Persia. I also recall 'Heart of Darkness', which was also a pretty good 2-D platformer.

Zeliard was one of the first 2D "platformers" I can recall with a good story. But of course then there's Zelda games... Funny how you'd forget that.

I am personaly very interested in "Starcraft 2", but I feel like my lack of experiance with the previous game (and my empty bank account) are holding me back from purchasing this game. How ever it would seem as though i have to stop buying video games anyways because I have to start saving for college. Maybe one day i can get a job at "G4" and play video games for free and get paid. :D

I realy am interested in Starcraft 2,but I have never played the previous game and i feel like that lack of wisdom from the older version (and my low bank account) are holding me back from playing it. Anyways I sadly have to give up buying new video games because all my money must now go to saving for college, but hey maybe when i finish college i will be able to go and work for "G4". Then i can play games for free and get paid :D

The only thing good about Perfect Dark, was the Bots for deathmatch. So basically you could slaughter AI players while being alone, until your friends got together and you put in Golden Eye.
