That was Black Adam. As I understand it, some sorcerer picks a random good hearted person every few centuries to be Captain Marvel. Currently, Billy, is the current version. However, the previous person eventually turned into Black Adam. The evil version of Captain Marvel, using the powers of Shazaam for evil. Or what ever DC people they are :-)

My condolences to everyone that is expecting something awesome from this game. SOE has an absolutely abysmal track record with MMO's, especially those based out of franchises. Who knows, maybe they have actually learned from their mistakes? However, I would not hold my breath.

Omg..That..was..just..TOO..SIC K..!!!

Why isn't this a full-length feature film?? Or a TV show??
The awesomeness level of this trailer is definitely up there with StarCraft 2's latest trailer.

Wow that really was all kinds of good. The amount of detail was amazing. The cinematic look was a little dark for the DC characters. Now that WB animation has done many drawn animated movies they shoud hire Blur studios to make this a direct to video movie. I can't believe Luthor stuffed kryptonite down Wonder Woman's throat and used her a bait trapz!

That was awesome! But I don't like the whole alternate history storyline. I'm pretty sure they did that already in the Justice League.

I must say that cinematic was awe-inspiring but is the game worthy of my money? Superhero MMO's have left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure that DCU will make up for everyone else s failures.

But the cinematic did make me want to at least check out a demo when the game actually has one available.
