I think I'm the only one that doesn't think left 4 dead is a perfect game. I think it's a solid game definitely, but there's something about the look and feel of the controls and movement. It reminded me of Fear and Half-life. I can't really explain it, but it just feels way different than CoD or Halo. But as for Zombie games, it's definitely awesome. I still think Resident Evil 2 is the best one in that series though. I'm still disappointed that they just ported it to Gamecube instead of redoing it like the first resident evil.

@Grishrak - I can't say I agree with any of your points except for the exclusion of Zombies Ate My Neighbors. I still think that RE4 was the best in the series, but it still had no zombies!!! The original RE wins my vote for the series best zombie iteration. I also thought Left 4 Dead was really fun and intense - exactly what I want from a zombie game. Plants vs. Zombies really should have been omitted. I'd replace it with ZAMN, easily...or even I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MBIES 1N IT!!!1

YET AGAIN I have to disagree with X-Play
1. Left 4 Dead was terrible it got boring so quick due to 4 levels and no story at all in single player. Online was ok but that got boring just as quick for me.
2. RE4 my least favorite, RE2 is the best in the series.
3. You guys didn't put Zombies Ate My Neighbors on the list at all! By far the best zombie game ever created.

I honestly don't think Left 4 Dead is that great, i would rather play Nazi zombies than Left 4 Dead.
