Tim Willits, Creative Director of Id Software, tells us about 'Rage,' the new shooter from the makers of 'Doom' and 'Quake.' He talks about the story, the awesome array of weapons, the intricate vehicle system, and the inspiration for the game.

As a huge gamer iv seen alot of amazing games and alot of just complete crap this game does seem like a mixture between fallout+metro 2033+borderlands but it actually looks like a captivating game im really looking forward to playing it in 2011 the beginning sounds to much like fallout though and has far more of a border lands look but the graphics seem pretty good thus far and the wepons and equipment seem really interesting i can't wait to play Rage seems like a very interesting game hopefully though it has more then what they said in this review

I will definitely play this game, however, it looks like Fallout 3 + Borderlands + Metro 2033. I liked all these games, but feel this game is almost just a mash-up, nothing original was displayed. I hope I'm wrong because I really want to play this game and love it, but I have a overall bad feeling about it after watching this video.

I liked what I saw during E3 but this guy is pushing it towards the PR speech. Just admit it, everyone is now looking forward to your next game so you've gotta knock this one out of the park lol.

it looks like a really good game but under ground world at ruins when u come bac up just like falllout 3 but as a fan to free roam it sounds like a gud game

i just hope they dont mess up the pc controls like raven did with wolfenstein. id games always stood out cause they were fully customizable, but since carmack said they are primarily developing for console/gamepads im really worried.

I think he's selling the point a bit to far. No matter who is covering the game, he keeps giving the same answers. Is that all there is to the game? I hope not.

I was looking forward to this game but as a PS3 owner I have a feeling that this game will suffer greatly on PS3

I love that guy's passion. It reminds me of Randy Pitchford. I can't wait for this game. Right now it's my most anticipated game for 2011.
