i didn't like RDR. i sold my FALLOUT 3, FABLE 2 and DEMON'S SOULS for this horrible not worth $60s game. game was too easy, tons of glitches and boring environment.

Please don't invite Frankenstein's monster back to the show. He annoyed the hell out of me and was giving off an a-hole vibe.

I've just finished the second act and almost completely concur with your candid comments concerning Red Dead's shortcomings. I really like the game overall, but have a few nitpicks and niggles.

The cover system can be a giant pain in the patootie. It's occasionally quite difficult and frustrating to extricate yourself, particularly if you're in a doorway, or if there's an adjacent crate or barrel, then it's easy to just pinball back and forth between them. And sometimes Marston doesn't hunker down on the side of the crate i want him to. Yeah, crouch right in front of the guys shooting at you, idiot! And why does the animation for running look so stiff and awkward? He trots around like he HAS the trots(!) and is trying not to take a dump in his drawers. Sorry.

The second act was a little ho-hum. Apart from Landon Ricketts, the characters in Mexico aren't as colorful or interesting as the ones we saw earlier in the game. And some of the missions down there were kinda "Is that all there is?" Riding shotgun on a wagon is a bore, cause a lot of the time you don't DO anything besides listen to your companion blather on, then skip to destination. You can't even control your speed or the camera angles, like in the GTA games. The Great Mexican Train Robbery mission was a particular letdown as it was neither great, nor even much of a robbery. Here's hoping Act 3 picks up the slack.

But my biggest disappointment was that there were no Blazing Saddles-type farting or horse-punching mini games. Thankfully, there were also no horse-blinding mini games either. (love the Equus reference, Sess!)

I do love the Stranger missions so far. Are there any that AREN'T bizarre, grim, blackly comedic or all of the above? The one with the Norman Bates kinda dude is a favorite.

Anyhoo, yet another fine Feedback. Is it any wonder you guys and girls are Nier(hee)and dear to my heart? No. No, it isn't. The only way to improve upon the show would be to have Miss Webb(swoon)become a permanent panel member. I can't get enuff of her often awesome opinions, so hope she's part of the E3 Feedbacks. Have fun there, everyone.

In Red Dead Redemption, my favorite PvP scenario was the Gold Rush. When I was visiting my friends in Florida (when this game came out) I was playing as Murking goon and I loved the Gold Rush on hardcore mode... no auto aiming.

PS... The stranger is a reference to The Mysterious Stranger of Mark Twain fame.

I bought Red Dead and was very excited about it. Total disappointment. Two words: TOO EASY! I walked the whole game, died maybe twice. Epic fail. Beautiful game, but no challenge.
