Wow, Chris Gore proves time and time again how completely idiotic he is. OH MY GOD, no commentary on Shutter Island?!?! Does anyone honestly care about commentary that much. How many people honestly sit and watch every movie they ever see with commentary? The fact that he recommends or passes on movies simply because of commentary is retarded. Yeah, this movie sucks but it has commentary so its a rent. This guy is a joke. And of course if it's porn or has nudity in it it's a definite must! This guy is a joke.

the commentary for Life is atrocious. Did anyone else notice the social agenda where the little guy always seems to outwit the predator. Excellent photography, but hardly an honest portrayal of nature.

The "twist" most people talk about catching isn't the grabber that makes you talk about Shutter Island, it's the last 30 second exchange that really has the "whoa" moment.

Shutter Island is a joke. It is an embarrassment in Scorsese' filmography. The move rips off every Twilight Zone and B movie cliche in the genre and does so very poorly. If you don't see the "twist" coming 15-30 minutes into the film, then you need to pay close attention. I give it a 6/10 because the performances are decent.
