Once Dx11 becomes heavily adopted by PC games, than I want a new console. Dx10 is not a great step up from Dx9, but Dx11 changes everything.

However, Dx11 doesn't have much support. I think however, in 5 years Dx11 will be. We are at the half way point in this console cycle.

I don't know who would want to ask for a new console right now. I could see a new console being announced in the next 3 years, may be 2...we'll see. I'm excited to hear about the E3 feedback specials on television, sounds awesome.
What's so great about this "3D" element? A gimmick, nothing more, nothing less. It's an illusion, I seriously don't see what's so great. It's already all over the movies, why does it have to invade video games?

I completely agree Resistance 2 was a fairly big of a let down for me being a Resistance fan, but then again it still got a 5/5 on G4 so that shows you how high Insomniac standards really are.

I think that what is going to happen, is that in the end all of the smaller publishers will meet up in EA's studio, give each other hugs, and move on to the next generation.
