I love golf. I used to love golf video games. But like the others have said, I won't get another until something NEW is in the game that is worthwhile. Don't just give me new golfers and maybe a new course or two. I don't really know what could be added, but that's why I'm the gamer and not the designer/developer.

Most of EA's games are becoming old hat these days. NBA, Madden, etc etc. They need to seriously rethink some things and come up with some innovative games. I'm tired of playing the same games over and over with just new players and such. Come on!!!!

I gave it a spin for about 3 minutes. In that time I felt like I was playing one of the Tiger Woods games from the last 3 years except that they updated the graphics of the on screen icons(swing meter, etc). I'll definitely give it another go when I have more time, but doubt I'll drop $60 for another EA game that doesn't offer enough changes yearly for me to buy it. I'm on an every 2 or 3 year cycle with EA sports titles simply because of that reason.

I liked last years controls better they seems a lot easier and accurate. also the putt preview didn't work for me which really threw me off and i didn't like. and finally lets hope it has better trophies than last years.

looks like the same game we've played for the last 8 yrs. zero innovation in ea golf games.
