Umm...this just sounds like Shattered Galaxy 2. Basically the same game, but on a larger scale with better graphics. If you did not play Shattered Galaxy btw, and you are an rts fan, you missed out.

This game definitely looks cool. But yeah, Petroglyph should think about having someone else do their PR. No offense to this guy, but public appearances just aren't for everybody. Dust off one of your least creepy-looking designers and send him to E3 instead.

They need PvP/factions or it will fail.
Also, the graphics look a little sub-par, but I guess that will improve as it's developed.

so is this game going to be like end war were you pick a army you want to join and then fight it out the the players in another army or is it all vs there big bosses or there ai?

I've just spent the last couple of weeks attempting to find a good RTS game and found the low numbers quite depressing. This seems like just the thing I needed to see. I just hope they don't make it too futuristic (i.e. invisible car, floating bases, robots, and super *insert scientific sounding word here* canons)

:) sounds like a RTS lovers dream come true.....but what about a subscription fee? Regional online availability? Max Level? But I agree with Zin, take your time "Not too long ala Blizzard" as I have learned very often when people are quick to hype their judgment ends up being clouded.
