I'm surprised no one else mentioned anything about the fact that this game will be published by Activision..
..Or maybe I'm just underestimating the amount of FAN-LOVE, NERDGASM, & just plain anticipation this game has riding on it, for a Transformers game (despite it's being published by Activision)..?

Oh well; regardless of the publisher, if this game delivers well, then I'm definitely getting it, along with everyone else who'll get this. (^_^)

I can't believe they actually made not only a good Transformers game, but a good Transformers game based on Generation One. It took over 25 years, but it looks like it may have been worth the wait.

As someone who grew up with the original G1 transformers cartoon this looks like the greatest video game ever made. The level of scale is incredible and very reminiscent of Gears of War and Metroid Prime. I've already preordered from Gamestop to get Shockwave.

I'm exited. Looks great. I just hope there is more customization then the trailers have let on. I've mostly just seen recolored versions of existing characters.

The last game had good multiplayer, which was a surprise. However, this doesn't really look like it adds much. The maps don't look interesting at all, and they've added gameplay elements, but it still looks a LOT like the first one.

Looks like a missed opportunity to me.
