    i feel sorry for the people that cant afford an xbox 360 so they have to play on the original xbox, now that theirs no more live what are they going to do! Thier forcing people to buy xbox 360s! Its NOT right! =(

    You forgot to mention Chaos Theory's 'Bob & Steve' mode. Sure, there's offline splitscreen, but the online co-op was a console generation ahead of its time.

    Ah, the first online service I ever had on a console, such great memories, ironically only involving Halo 2, hmm wonder why.... oh wait, cause it was such a perfect game that it made Xbox Live what it is today. RIP old Xbox Live, you were the first I ever had, but also the best!

    I played Halo 2 last night for about 2 hours...must say I was a little misty eye. The late nights with friends the wretched next day headaches. I still recall my first experience playing Mech Assualt...god I got owned over and over!! I've been on live for 7 years and still have several friends on my friends list since day 1. I hope the removal of my ability to not play Halo 2 or Battlefront 2 are really worth it. Kinda makes me wonder how hard is it really to do a remake of Halo 2 ..put it on the market ...it would make a ton of cash.

    Really people need more then 100 friends? I know people with like 80 friends and whenever someone goes online they just say Who the hell is this. I think cancelling the original live support is dumb just so people can have more then 100 friends that they dont need. i have around 40 friends and i actually know them in real life so raising the friend cap is stupid

    I was kind of late to the Xbox party. I remember it came out when I was in 8th grade and I didnt get it till I was in 10th. The only on line game I played on line was Halo 2, I wish I would have got into games like Counter Strike, SNK vs Capcom 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and so many other great games that I just played offline. I love you Bulky Xbox. <3
