I found this achievment quite easy on PC and the Xbox-360. I used a machete and many adrenaline shots. Just keep hitting them and behead any infected in your way!

OK there is a freakin tank!! you cant walk by and keep your team alive they could help u by killing jockeys or chargers

First of all, downing your pals in the safe room doesn't make it go any faster. You're better off leaving them alive, just ignore them. They may end up helping you if you get pinned. Second, the achievement does not require you to reach the chopper. The timer stops as soon as you turn right and step off the bridge. Third, they didn't mention anything about the tank, which is pretty important. If you're going for the achievement, your best option is to go past the tank (using a shot if you've got one) and just try and make it off the actual bridge as quickly as you can. This cheat was a fail.
