    Interesting bit of information about CR; they started out as a straight up pirate site; allowing people to pay for fansubs they did not create and posting region 1 dvd rips on their site. Classy.

    They do have a good number of shows that are on the site shortly after they premier in Japan, though there have been a number of complaints about the quality of the subtitles on those shows - speed + cost kinda issue on that front. It gets the job done though.

    For the most part CR gets the scraps from other distributors like Funimation because they don't have the kind of money to throw around on licensing. US distributors also show a large number of their shows streaming as well in case you were interested.
