Tired of the whole REAL musicians vs. gamers debate over music games such as Rock Band or Guitar Hero? We grab some flipcam footage of Seven45 Studios Power Gig, which utilizes an authentic guitar controller for input at GDC 2010.

What's useful about it is that people interested in learning how to play a musical instrument can do it on their own time without paying for lessons or a teacher.

Now, if it was something that taught you how to play the harmonica like Uncle Cletus, that would be a completely different matter entirely...

Im interested in the game but a minute long video that shows nothing at all? i understand it was just announced but c' mon. Hopefully we can get some solid game play videos or something soon, this seems to be one of those games that will actually teach you something useful cant wait.
