You guys want to bitch and moan about Blizzard but they turned out the best MMO that has ever been made YTD. Can you guyz just stop thinking about how ppl new to WoW make you take longer to get your 3 badges because you'd rather bitch about them not knowing the dungeons than helping them. Stop bitching about a game that's lasted over 5 years on how it's becoming routing and boring. I've NEVER played a game for this long and enjoyed it as much as I enjoy WoW. Buy a new game if you wanna be that emo. I've bought many games that I've never finished because they've gotten boring...lay off already.
The Moral of this ramble is just think about what they've done for MMOs and what their experimentation's on WoW will push the online gaming industry and...what their next mmo will be like.

Why is she yelling at me? At a barely intelligible speed? Such a missed opportunity. Could of had the "this is the soft, sultry" side of MMO report. Morgan could have made us want her more than Casey. Producer was bad. I don't think you can blame this on a bad mic. A lower cut shirt and obvious joke about it would have made this more enjoyable.

Actually I think WoW's numbers are so high is because of the vast number of gold farmers. Until they get caught, they ARE paying subscribers. Takes a lot to generate thousands of gold to be sold. Roughly 70% of subs are from china, which is where most of the gold farmers are based at. That's not a coincidence.
The real WoW players have been slowly trickling away for some time. Partly due to the fact that Blizzard does what it wants, how it wants, when it wants regardless of what the players want.
Game is over 5 years old and has only 1 new class and 2 new races? Compare that to any other MMO that's been around for 5 years and that is rather pathetic. Add to it that come Cataclysm, you STILL get no new classes but 2 more races that Were Never Asked For. Letting taurens be paladins is Blizzard being lazy, by adding a "new" class that requires no development on their part. They did the same thing with Burning Crusade, they homoginized the 2 factions and gave each a "new" class to play.
Fewer major patches, lore that makes no sense, constant nerfs are all contributing to WoW's slow demise. I've always said that the game that beats WoW will be WoW itself. The ship is sinking but Blizzard is too busy counting money to care.

Nope, WoW is still alive only because of all the children that play.. the game has been so dumbed down by console players and newbs SO MUCH that it lost it's appeal to most of the players that actually matter... (you know the ones that can actually see things around there character).
See I have a theory... Blizzard had rumors going around that there would be a possible "Console version" of the game... so being the cheap-copy-paste-ideas and content company that they're, they decided to cancel that idea and make the game even easier/casual through expansions in order to create basically "an everyone but hardcore players game with no skill" in order to bring in a large majority of console players and of course the younger generation which comes along with mostly console and random platforms.
They even said, "we want the game to appeal to even MORE people in this expansion" (Lich king). In the review those were the exact words... and that's exactly what they did.
Example: Blizzard Making the game easier for people- "run here, talk to this guy, run here, then run there, then do a circle , do it again, place the item here for 30 mins and quest is done". Instead of a GOOD challenging experience like - "Run here, use these specific spells to kill this boss mob with all of these interesting looks and spells, while being challenging because you have to use your brain".
Nope, instead they wanted to make it annoying and tedious for players who have done this already in previous MMO's and so on. The game was great up until Season 3 of the Burning Crusade Expansion FOR ME... after that it was more skilless and boring than ever before with copy and paste PVP arena armor, terrible designs and boring experiences that made most people not interested. everyone I knew quit, then we tried Lich King.... more of the same crap, and even worse with being insanely unbalanced, Death Knights, Warlocks, and Pallies +Rogues.... all had exploits and abilities to 1-2 shot anything. I mean there has been imbalances... that's fine its normal, but Lich King just made it a joke... and it was so blatantly obvious, and nothing was done that actually made a difference for over 8 months. I'm gonna guess WOW is gonna be around for along time still even if they're subscriptions are peeking. Just because new people aren't joining at the same pace as they had been for the last 5 years doesn't mean that the 11 million subscribers are just gonna disappear or that Blizzard won't continue to update the game. I'm gonna guess WOW will only come to an end 3-5 years after WOW 2 comes out.
