Monster made entirely out of tentacles? In the words of the chick in the trailer, that was awesome. That guys face on the other hand is just fugly.

looks like Final Fantasy mixed with the last Zelda game....at least the male lead character isn't EMO. I'll probably pass on this though.

wow, that guy's face looks weird. as for the game itself, it looks like itll look pretty and thats about it. nothing interesting about the combat there.

I'm undecided as to whether this will be good or not right now, but when I saw the first trailer I was pretty much blown away. I wish the main guy wasn't so fugley tho'. It kinda ruins the ambience for me, but yeah I'll probably give it a shot if I'm not still working on all the other great games coming out this year (FFXIII- I'm looking at you).

Ugh.... just not into square enix games anymore. After good RPGs like Baldurs Gate 1 and 2, Planescape Torment and now Dragon Age, nothing square enix makes seems any good.

So is this game spelled "Nier" or "Neir" Its spelled differently in different parts of the article. Regardless it looks like i might give this game a spin.
