Kratos is a man of vengeance, this we know. However, he'll even go to lengths of performing the largest escort mission known to the gaming industry as he protects the Titan Gaia from danger, in order to enact his ultimate revenge on Olympus.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHH y is my ps3 not working right now just as this is comiong out T_T
btw last few years i get on to defend the ps3 against all the people saying the 360 has more exclusives...um no the only good one this year is mass effect 2 and we are almost two months in and ps3 has MAG and Heavy Rain so far and soon to be GoW3

@Deathsdelivery (on the first page) - why is it that PS3 fanboys always have to start stuff? you guys are building up a really bad reputation for being wrong on alot of things, and no im not being biased I own both a PS3 and an Xbox and I can say I genuinely like the Xbox better. But it really depends on what kind of gamer you are. Either way GOW3 looks sick and im getting it!

This is really the best looking game I've ever seen. It's a shame Mass Effect 2 isn't going to get the Game of the Year because it really is a great game. I can't remember when was the last time a game trailer made me feel the way this one does. Put it this way... I think the word for ME2 was "Epic." I think word for GOW III is "ecstasy" or "organism." It was like getting a shot of adrenalin.

Can anyone tell me how the hell xbox thinks it can possible compete with games like this? Sony puts out about 3-5 amazing games a year xbox has halo thats it?

Alright, listen up xbox360 owners. I think it is good that you love this game, but stop saying "this is the only reason to own a ps3". That is just wrong. There are other games that are worth owning a ps3(MGS4, Infamous, uncharted, heavy rain, killzone2, resistance and many other games). But yeah, GOD OF WAR3 is probably number 1 reason. I can't wait for this game. It has been a loooong wait!!!!!
