I didn't think I needed adult diapers at this stage of my life, but apparently I do because I just craped my pants from the excitement and anticipation for this game.
I do hope it goes back to the Action Point based system.
Dang, this comes out the same general time as Halo: Reach. Guess I'll be waiting a little longer for New Vegas.
I have a couple of theories on why Vegas still has power.. 1) The Hoover Dam was somehow untouched during the nukes, Or2) Its called Fallout 'New' Vegas, maybe they rebuilt the city, considering its called Fallout (NEW) Vegas..And as for this game, I think Obsidian will do a fine job, they got Bethesda on their side :)
anyone else notice Vegas is still fully operational, I mean flashing lights and all. Can't wait to hear the story of how sin city managed to survive the nuclear apocalypse without so much as a broken window.
ok...fall 2010. How much longer for the goty edition? Not getting burned with another mothership zeta dlc this time around!
So i don't mean to be mean or anything.. but why do all really good games get handed over to Obsidian entertainment for the sequel? KOTOR was and is my favorite game of all time. KOTOR 2 makes me want to cry and wonder what happened. Not gonna lie but i'm worried that this new Fallout game is gonna be like KOTOR 2...
omg yees! i cant wait fallout 3 kicked ass! relly looking forward to it
I love how games in the Fallout and Bioshock franchises make use of classic old-time music in their soundtracks instead of the usual stereotypical pumping metal or techno music.
Really Great Teaser. I am now excited to see New Vegas (the city in the game), since it doesn't appear to be a huge pile of rubble. Another win for Bethesda, and Obsidian
I think that the guy at the end is a vault dweller from the big vault 15 in the second game who turned to the enclave
Looks great but i still think mass effect 2 will be goty and i know its early to say that but me2 was awesome.
Am I the only one hoping that this is going to be the "Van Buren" story? Would love to see the NCR and BOS at war. I only think this because the lead designer for "New Vegas" was also one of the lead designers for "Van Buren" before it was scrapped. On a side note, for those who aren't familiar with FO1&2, please do yourselves a favor and either play them or read up on the lore at the Fallout Wiki. So much happened on the West Coast before we were given the D.C. Wasteland.
did anyone notice the california state flag nxt to the guy at the end. could this meen u come from california to fine refuge in vegas.also based on the history of vagas since it was founded by mobs and gangs i figuere there some evil overlourds runnin the town
This looks pretty balling. It will be interesting to see what the world looks like outside of Capital Wasteland, because I have a feeling that the rest of The U.S is not as damaged as that was. As seems to be indicated by the shining city. It will be really interesting to see what the story is like in this game. I just hope Obsidian entertainment know how to give the game the justice it deserves.
hell yes fell inlove with the first one yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
What would be really cool? You take you character from Fallout 3 and continue in Fallout New Vegas. I say this because man I put a lot of hours into Fallout 3 and also into developing my character and doing all that there is to do in fallout 3. I hate to just walk away from that character and all the hardships and adventures and start a new story. I bet lots of you out there feel the same.. lets continue our characters adventures from Fallout 3 into Fallout New Vegas. I think the option should be given in this new Fallout.
i hope what oblivion did to my beloved kotor, they dont do to fallout..
I know this has probably already been said but AWSOME!! and #$%& the people who think fallout 3 was bad I still have fond memories of the fatman and M.I.R.V.!!!
Multiplayer?...would be cool to roam the same wasteland similar to GTA all powered up and forming factions to gain land...just a thought
