i wonder what the next episode is my guess might be bioshock 2 since it comes out next week

And the question of the week was????? I didn't see where they read the question of the week, did the video cut off at some point???
Reedo2000
Is anyone else having video problems at 36:30, or is it just me?
elimest42
Thanks for asking that question Kirisuteranza. I have been pondering that all week.

Yea, i agree on the part about not being able to play a straight RPG game or FPS game for 60+ hours. It would just make the game get boring. The last straight RPG game i played was Okami and that took 40 hours just doing the main story and even that was pretty taxing.

Thank you for asking that Kirisuteranza, I was really debating whether or not to buy the first one.

Sorry about the tech difficulties, guys. A fixed version of the file is coming tomorrow ASAP.

Man I remember P.N.03. I worked at BestBuy at the time and I remember buying it for $5 on clearance. It's not a horrible game but I doubt i would play it again.

@pkrplr4life I agree. Patrick should occasionally get some face-time on X-Play, I find he's usually got pretty interesting ideas/perspectives.
And a quick note on ME2, I think I found a way to get most of my mining done up front. My little brother lent me his first disc as he plays on through the second. Since I've reached the limit of what i can do mission-wise, all im left with is the option to mine the hell out of the galaxy now, that way later i can concentrate more on completing missions.
Most exciting way to play? Of course not.
Smartest way to mine? What do you guys think?

The Hangover did not get in the catagory of Best Picture at all. just for your information.
ME2 is a lot of fun and the only main problem I had was getting my gamestop pre-order stuff. They needed to do the same thing for Dragon Age and be able to redeem the code in the game not on the website and get a Bioware account. Other then that I'm having fun. It sounds like i'm one of the few people that played the first game as the Soldier in ME1, the Infiltrator is the worst class because of the sniper rifle is like Shepard had some Serrice Ice Brandy before looking down the scope, now the crosshair are so good I can say that my sniper rifle is now my second most used gun in the game over the shotgun, and the heavy pistol. The Machine gun is my main man.

I just realized that an RTS on the ipad would be AMAZING. So easy to micro manage the troops. If they could make Starcraft for the ipad, I will buy it in a heart beat.....well after they get a longer battery life.

The longer the game is the better, as long as it's not filled with fluff. I hope they're not discouraging developers to make games shorter, because if that happens I might as well stop playing video games. Video games now-a-days are far too short. Mass Effect 2 is a breath of fresh air, not only because it has an amazing story, characters, and gameplay, but because it will last you a good amount of time in a single playthrough. And on top of that there is a lot of replayability in going through with different classes and making different choices. Game length and replayability is huge for me which is why Mass Effect 1 and 2, and Fallout 3 and Oblivion are some of my favorite games.
