I wonder how many tranquilizer darts it took to get Rip Taylor out of there...

I love your show! I've been following your show since extended play when it was shot in the arcade. It is amazing to see the progression of games through the lenses of critique over the past decade. Here's to 1,000 more episodes!

I have been seeing this and thinking it for a while and hoping that you would do a soapbox that went along these lines. It's interesting how standards in games have upgraded so much. I think this is one reason why old school games have been popular among a new crowd. Even though RE5 was so so in many ways, it didn't have that lack of refinement that came with the older RE games.

Yeah, your right Sessler. B-games are endangered. I blame the technological advancements and the ever increasing creative proletariat.

Congratulations on 1,000 episodes! I've enjoyed watching every single one of them. I thought it was great when Rip Taylor came on set and Adam got a mouth full of confetti. Yummy! Keep up the good work and here's to another 1,000 episodes.

P.S. Let's bring back Shad Grimgravy....good stuff indeed.

I'll tell ya', my favorite part of that 1000th episode is when Rip Taylor came out and Adam got so excited he couldn't even contain himself and he started jumping and down like a hyperactive little kid. Or like me with my ADD. It was good stuff.

He forgot to mention the days way back when Xplay was humorous.

Congratz on 1000 episodes sess, but that remark about there not being bad games anymore is pure BS. There are absolutely bad games, X-Play just doesn't review them. You should, it'd help balance the show. Go; go review BCFX.

1000 episodes and still going strong. Makes me think ,as a soon to be college student studying game design, that one day Adam may even review MY game(s) :3
tbh, it'd be a huge honor xP...even if the review gives a bad rating -.-

Congrats on the 1000'th episode guys. I do have a quick question, I love Morgan to death and theres no denying that she is the ying to Adam's yang. However i have been watching x-play since game spot t.v. having said that why no shout out's to Morgan predecessors, Lauren fielder and Kate betello ?

Just a sidenote: I have satellite tv (I mention this because I'm not sure if it's different on Cable) and the info menu tells me about the 1000th episode that it's like the 1300th episode. I wonder if it is counting Extended Play, although I doubt Extended Play aired for 300+ episodes. Anyway, about this soapbox: Videogames are going through a massive evolution. It's getting to the point where you can have 20+ new games on the market, all worth playing, and no effing time to play them! I have to schedule my life like nobodies business, and it's not like I'm a highrollin' socialite or anything, just to be able to successfully spend time towards work, friends, and a large portion to videogames. But, I suppose there could be better things to complain about.

Since they really don t do gaming sketch comedy on X-play anymore, they really should do Meet the Sess and combine the Sessler Soapbox, with sketch Comedy routines like they used to do here.

He could be like the O brian/Letterman of videogames.

Adam should be G4 s answer to the late night talk show drama of the networks.

Nerd Sketch Comedy, G4! Bring it!
