Trying desperately hard to keep in mind that the PC is in BETA it is still frustrating to deal with all the bugs. So far though the game play has been solid. Modern Warfare 2 fans will be disappointed because Battlefield is not one of those run and gun and be on your own kind of games. The only way to win matches on this game is to lay off the W key and find good cover. Especially when vehicles like tanks roll in. This is the well deserved introduction to the Frostbite Engine well deserved PC fans did not get the first time. I can't wait for the full game. I've been playing the BETA for so long I'm starting to get tired of that one map. Speaking of, hopefully there are a lot more maps than they put in Battlefield 2142. Map rotation in Battlefield 2142 was the equivalent of Around the World in 15 Minutes. Okay well it wasn't THAT bad. Anyway, fix those bugs and there should be a great launch ahead.

Umm I have issue with the sense of realism in Bad Company to be honest I see it as the parody of MW2 not that its bad noooooo its awesome. It just feels like a sort of comedy game from the goofy characters to the cartoonish/semi realistic graphics I was LAUGHING when I saw the story mode trailer I just can't take the game seriously unlike MW2. The story could be perform actions that should get you court martialed and it be the same. I played the Beta it's good but the game,so far, feels..... weak.

the demo is awesome, but I'm disappointed on the destruction side. i remember hearing at E3 that in Rush mode when crates blew up, buildings would fall down, but hear i am standing next to the crate and the building barely suffers any wall damage. The total building destruction has been lacking too, i expected to be able to take out the first floor and the rest of the building would fall down.
Apart from the lack of destruction promised, i love the gameplay, especially reviving fallen people and getting points for stuff like tracing a tank.

I played the original BF:BC demo and the full game, the multiplayer in them both was amazing, however after playing this demo i wasn't impressed. The guns didn't fell to have the same wait, and the maps aren't balanced at all, who ever is defending as the best advantage, and can easily over take the other team. One of the highlights like the original, the sound is phenomenal, and the whole game looks great. But this is a demo, so this isn't the finished product so only time will tell.

Day 1 of the demo had a lot of Lag- Day 2 was flawless. So for those of you who had problems I suggest you revisit it.

The game is a blast if you're in a squad that supports each other- running and gunning just doesn't work as there is just too much ground to cover. I was lucky enough yesterday to get into a squad where each of use was using a different class and it worked perfectly. Getting revived by a medic is key and having heavy gunners and tanks attack and defend is absolutely necessary.

I like variety in my shooters so playing the same map over and over again with the same game mode can get tiresome, but at the same time I put in about 4-5 hours of gameplay on the demo and can't wait for more.

Recommendations: First thing you're going to want to do (especially if you a COD player) is turn up the sensitivity in the options menu. The default is extremely low and it fells like your moving in quicksand. Also, this setting does not save when you revisit the game latter so you'll have to do it every time. Secondly, join a squad and make sure you or someone on your squad has a way to take out a tank as they are damn near indestructible. And lastly, spawn with in your squad because running all the way back to the battlefield sucks.

I've played more of this and... I'm sold.
You can destroy in this game if you have a functioning squad.

Great Beta (Xbox 360), whereas the MAG Beta made me go from "OMG, Im So Exicited" to
"meh", this Beta has switched me over from "Who Cares" to "Gonna Buy", I personally like the sniping the best, reminds me of why I loved sniping in old FPSs, it really brings that required art of the snipe aiming that most newer gamers are going to hate, but those who understand it will love.

i LOVE the fact that this game requires a lot of team work. today I got in the van that has a mounted machine gun and all of my other 3 squad mates jumped in and we bum rushed B with the pipes around the back....it was taken out so fast and swift. TEAM WORK IS A MUST TO WIN....unlike COD where somebody can go 40-5 and win the game single hand...

What sounds better to you shooting through walls or blowing up walls? I think the answer is obvious.

i played the bad company 2 demo on xbox today and it was a little laggy at first but after a couple matches it got better and some friends joined me 2. I luv this game more than mw2 jst cuz it seems more realistic and requries more team work. an example wuld b how one of my friends was a sniper the other was an engineer and i was a medic. A medic and an engineer are necesary to any squad because u dont regen health and tanks become a pain to deal with without an rpg. over all i think when the game comes out it'll be better than mw2 and mag

I've been waiting for this game for a year now. I can't wait to play the demo this weekend. I played the first Bad Company even more than Halo and COD, even though it had flaws I had more fun playing it than anything else. I'm hoping this second chapter is still as fun, and fixes the flaws that kept it from becoming all it could have. The marketing for this game has been much better, hopefully the game gets advertised enough and people buy it because it has potential to be on the top 3 most played xbox 360 games online.

i played the ps3 beta and the 360 demo. both are great. i would have to play them side by side, on the same television model, to determine which one looks better. they load, and connect, at the same speed. the only difference between the two is the controllers.

I played it on the '360 and I enjoyed it. I'll probably buy it, too.
With that said, it had some little things that annoyed me. First off, everything felt delayed. I don't know if its frame rate or what, but it didnt feel as smooth as, say, MW2.
Nothing is explained, either. You just gotta press buttons in vehicles to figure out how it works. A tutorial would have been appreciated.
I epic failed the helicopter like, three times.
After a game or two its really fun, though. You just gotta unlock the non-useless weapons and get used to the weird spawn/class system.
    Fun.

Honestly, I really didn't like the demo from what I've played so far. It's hard to tell who's on which team, other than your squad (though that's not exactly the easiest, either). I constantly got warned about friendly fire, and by the time I could see someone from the other team, they were already behind me, yet they left a tank that was across the screen just a second before.

I really liked the first Bad Company, though I didn't play it online much. This new one isn't exactly making me want to run out and buy it, though.

The demo has some flaws. It's incredibly laggy and I think it needs a little balancing. I really hate the map it's on too. But I'm nitpicking and definitely going to pick this up.
