Old news. The better Scrappy "cheat" is letting the other skags kill him when he's still a pup. You get an Artifact for doing it. And for the love of god those "jokes" in the video were painfully un-funny.

I think the area has to do with the movie A Christmas Story. The leg lamp is there and the Rider gun you find is the Red Rider BB Gun from the movie.
