I think this game will have a good campaign, but I agree the multiplayer might not be.

I seriously had no expectation for this game but it's looking Awesome! It's just too bad it comes out a week after Bioshock 2 and Dante's Inferno; I think it will be missed by many people.

I honestly don't know what to make of this game. The three faction aspect and multiplayer zombie mode sound awesome, but after playing army of two: 40th day I really afraid the online aspect of this game will be a lag fest.
