@ Jeespot: not to geek out, but they explain in the codex that everyone uses implants or other devices to understand each other. Either that or they speak a common trade language.
As for the trailer, THAT'S how you do it. I'd been a bit disappointed with ad campaign up to this point. Sure, the cinematic trailer looked pretty, but much like the DA:O Sacred Ashes trailer, isn't a very good representation of what the game is on the RPG level.

Oh... my... god. I'm not one for hyperbole, but that looks amazing... the best launch trailer I've seen in a long time.
My only regret is that I'm on a business trip all next week and will have to wait to play it until next weekend.

MAG is going to be a 200 person lagfest
Mass Effect 2 requires more than the average MW2 or Gears player can comprehend...it actually GOES somewhere beyond "move here, kill this".
Mass Effect 2 looks beautiful, im sorry if you can't see the enemies insides for your sick pleasure

@Spicypooptastic-I don't know what kind of PS2 games you're playing, but this look nothing like any of them!! Mass Effect was one of the most slept on games for the Xbox360!! The game offers a deep storyline, memoriable characters, and a really good variety of weapons!! Not every shooter has to have a ridiculous amount of blood and gore in order for it to be a good game!! Judging by all the things you would like to see in the game, maybe you should give the Gears franchise a break, because not every game should look like Gears of War, because then that would be boring.

this games gonna get a 3/5 I know it.
Things they need to improve before launch:
-less story and chracters that just blab on about stuff
- more violence blood and gore
- more rugged weapons, they need a chainsaw attachment
- improve graphics this game looks like a PS2 game

Wow -Not being into RPG's much (they take way too much time), I didn't play the first one but i might have to gamefly this and see if it sticks. Looks to be a good start for the 360 exclusives this year (this is going to be a banner year for gamers on both consoles)
