Uncharted 2 was GORGEOUS but boring . MGS4 was a hundred times better and Dark Void was so fun I loved it . All of you have become so jaded . If it does not look like Uncharted 2 its garbage to the Sony fanatics . I just finished Infamous and that game blows Uncharted 2 away . At the moment I have been playing DarkSiders every day since I got it and it's a shame that a game as good as DarkSiders does not get the attention as Uncharted 2 only because it'snot at pretty but it makes Uncharted 2 flat out boring to play

Not really a demo that sells the game. Everything feels so incomplete, like they still need more time to tweak the game to have at its peak. i did like flying, but even flying has its problems, Like how its impossible to fight in flight dude to the weird camera/cursor.

I liked it. Good control scheme, useful cover system. Graphics a little drab. Definitely a rental for me.

i dont know, i think i might get it used, or at least rent it. the worst thing i noticed was some of the cutscene animations. they made me wince. case in point: the ship when it gets shot. very unspectacular.

The flying controls feel very awkward and are not fun at all but instead quite frustrating. Flying is supposed to be an important part of the game an instead of wowing me it made me nauseous. The hovering in nice and adds an interesting twist to combat but the guns lack a certain power and your enemies take like 50 rounds before they die which is annoying so it much easier to just melee them because they die quicker. Also the cover system feels pretty sticky to me doesn t have that uncharted or gears of war quality cover system. Ultimately I was very unimpressed with the demo the game is pretty to look at but once you play your in for complete disappointment.

I actually thought the flight mechanic was alright. Feels like it needs some getting use too. The same goes for the rest of the gameplay. By the end of the demo I was getting use to it. Besides I havent played a third person video game in awhile (excluding Bayonetta) so I'm pretty a bit rusty. Voice acting was pretty crappy though and mission objectives and finding out what to do was awful.

The demo does not guarantee my 60 dollars. Though I get that sometimes a demo doesnt show what the true game is suppose to be i dont think it is wrong for someone to base their opinion on it either. Besides a demo is suppose to sell this game to other consumers and this demo failed at it. Oh well I'll see what reviews have to say but for now I'm not buying this on the 19th.

I just played the demo an hour ago... let just say that i wont buy this game. i wont even borrow it from a friend.
the graphics are average at best, the flight command are boring and really not organized. The combats are lame. the aliens are not cool enough. even the design of it all is boring... I dont know, the demo sucks. I just hope for the people who are gonna buy the game that they wont regret their purchase

I thought the demo was alright. I thought the controls reminded me a lot of Warhawk which was a great game so that was a plus. The only real challenge in the demo was flying around trying to blow up the strange air craft. I think there should have been a lock on system of some kind. And I noticed that you can actually get caught in an infinite loop when chasing the enemy in the sky because they are chasing you as well. It was quite funny. I'm curious to see the other enemies in the game. I liked the idea of the aliens weapons being stronger than your own. Aliens are more advanced therefor have better technology and weapons.

I think because It doesn't project anything really new, it wont be as big a hit as they hoped. But who knows. Maybe the story will be so amazing, people will kill to buy it, but from what I've seen and heard, that's very unlikely.

Agree with CMcCon342, although I have to admit I don't like FPS, which flying-shooting games pretty much are. The graphics should be better for the current gen or at least less run-of-the-mill, the controls as well. I suppose I've been spoiled by Arkham, Uncharted 2 and Ratchet.

I thought the demo was pretty entertaining. The flight mechanics were pretty cool, and i like how free you were to do basically anything you wanted when in flight. The combat was also pretty good. I've been looking forward to this game for a while, and while the demo didn't exactly disappoint, it didn't leave me incredibly impressed either.

I guess I'm pretty much alone in actually really enjoying it. The flight was really cool at first but then I started getting confused and started flying in ways I didn't want to but I was also on pain meds, haha.
The combat worked well enough for me. Like someone above me said I spent a little too much time running around after smashing the console because it didn't tell me to leave.

And as for the VA, it set me off at first but I got used to it pretty quick.

I was really looking forward to it but the demo let me down, it was completely average.

It's not good to form or start a base for an opinion of a game by its demo?
Which is supposed to try and bring the customer interest up from what screenshots and stills provide?
A turd is a turd, even when polished!
They need to ship toilet paper with this one!

Well I don't know how the game will be as a whole...its not good to base things off a demo just because it wasn't good...I learned that from Bioshock...um as far as this demo goes though it was nothing special...yea and that certain voice actor was very apparent from start given i just spent a couple weeks with him in october...its kinda off putting...kinda was excited to see to with the whole Rocketeer thing going for it

i think when its all said and done the developers will regret releasing the demo..i dont think it is a fair representation of the game as a whole..my hope is when the game is released people who are biased towards dark void for whatever personal reasons can actually play the game from the start and will see that the demo is not the sum of the whole game..

it burns me that ppl are so closed minded that they can say this game sucks when they really havent even played it..and at least give some comments to lens to your views..otherwise your credibility is really VOID..
