Robert Kirkman sounds like George R. R. Martin and his Song of Ice and Fire series, where any main character can be slated for the killing.

I am really enjoying the Iron Man story at the moment, so happy you included it in the list. Also, I think Thor has has been one of my favorite comics over the last year. I love the artwork. I have to admit though that I was waaaay late to the party on Pax Romana. Just got that from a friend and I now understand what all the praise was about. Great stuff. Looking forward to another year of Fresh Ink. Keep up the great work Blair.

I don't read capes-n-cowls so I can't comment on some of the selections but I full heartily agree with everything else.

However, I would have included Fables and Atomic-Robo.

I completely agree about the INvincible Iron Man, the current story arc is awesome...but what about Green Lantern? What Johns is doing with the character and the Blackest Night event is amazing

I agree with Walking Dead being number one but I'd put Unknown soldier (the Joshua Dysart one) on there also.
