I think the user comment blaming EA for Pandemic's closure was rather ignorant. As the panelist suggest, Pandemic's issues began before their acquisition by EA. EA has always been an easy target of critisism (sometimes fairly so), but I really don't think, at this time, the presception of an evil empire.

HEY!!I have to say this an im sorry if it is in the way but it must be said. Burtal Legend has not sold enough copies. It is a great game and I feel as a fan of the game and of the music it is based around it is my responsability to tell people to get it. and perhaps the sales will increase around the hollidays (as I hope They will) in wich case I look like a idiot but for thoe unsure it they should get It Take this into consideration. Of all the new realeases I played, left 4 dead 2, boarderlands, and yes modern warfare2 Brutal Legend was in my opinon the best and for the sake of a second one I strongly urge you to get this game..... Oh an assassins creed 2 woohoo m/

IW lied to us PLAIN and SIMPLE. Did you know THEIR biggest point on why the PC version would not have dedicated servers? It was It s totally new code (this is a Boyd quote) and the new code did not support those features (which I always thought that IW had either poor programmers or something was strange). Did you know some of the PC players have already bought the game and looked into the code and was able to discover these features like the console and how to create dedicated servers? As pointed out in this video.

So the modders were still able to put in dedicated servers and specialized rules for the servers. In fact, the PlayStation 3 version has an option to KICK people out - but no way to kick them. Which leads me to believe that it is very possible to do this, even on the PS3 version. Why does IW treat us like kids and believe they can lie to us? Because, they can and still make great money. Most people do not care about these features and dont care.

This leads me to believe that IW purposely withheld the information and abilities away from us. I have my theory that THEY wanted to treat us like the console version and hoped that we either give up playing on the PC side and start playing XBOX or PS3. The way how I see the sales most companies would call the sales from the Playstation 3 alone a major game seller - and the XBOX360 version sold even more. The PC sales have been low, but still enough people bought the game to justify their actions - I am sure.

IW has said from the beginning that they wanted to make sure the PS3 version was the same as the XBOX360 version. In Modern Warfare 1, the XBOX was superior, from what I have been told. Yet I have also been told = the two are different, still! There have been a few known bugs from the XBOX versus the PS3 version and the PC version.

The patch for MW2 is called download version 1.02 should have resolved most of the issues that I am aware of. However, it still seems to me that the XBOX version is the version to get and the rest are chopped liver - especially the PC version.

I just stumbled upon the Feedback after browsing X-Play stuff, and wow, I really enjoyed the discussion. Looking forward to the next edition now, heh. Hm, that's a tough one, PacifisticKiller. I'd say go with Left 4 Dead 2, for playing with friends and addictive Versus/Scavenge. I have it on the PC and have played it quite a bit, loved every moment. Assassin's Creed II is great, but I guess the big question at hand is if your friends have room for you in their stable. I have a close group of about ten people who we would round up for Left 4 Dead, most would likely be busy depending on the timeframe, but there's always at least two who will jump on.

The final question mentioned by Adam left me with one. Have you guys ever stopped towards the end of the game or at the very end, not picking it up for a long while (or ever)? I have done this a few times, basically because I wanted to savor the moment of the game longer; I tried to let the fun factor die down for some time, but then it's difficult to get back to depending on the season and such, like Fall has many big titles constantly coming in. I still need to complete inFamous and the first Assassin's Creed, both of which I'm on the last level on.

they defitnitley improved and the glitches with the movement.the plot and it made it where you could get into to the the plot more and the scenry is amazing if you like yo follow the history. the first game had 9 levels and this one only has 5 they should have made it longer

You guys mentioned the success of the Battlefield Heroes game, it broke 1,000,000 testers about a month ago, and they DO make money through a micro-transaction system, which is quite successful from what I have seen. Maybe you guys should try it out before bagging on it. Otherwise, another great segment.

Nice. Yea the reason I didn't pick up Left 4 Dead 2 wasn't because I thought Valve was milking it but because I can't play online, due to the area I live. Satellite broadband is great for web surfing, videos and playing some games online but twitch, shooters and RTS games don't fair too well. I did buy Left 4 Dead 1 when it hit around 40 bucks since I thought that was the price for my situation. Playing ACII right now and while not being a fan of the first, the second game is great.

Why I play games to the end is most defintily for the story and the characters. Great story can most sertinily overpower bad game play in alot of cases. And ya, to show the game who is boss!

This makes it harder for me to decide from Assassin's Creed 2 or Left 4 Dead 2. Both games are on the top of my must-have list of games. I would get Assassin's Creed 2 for PS3 because I think it would be difficult to play for PC. I would get Left 4 Dead 2 for PC because a lot of my friends are always playing it on Steam. I'm kind of leaning toward Assassin's Creed 2 because I enjoyed the first one, and I would love to play this one. The problem is that I can only afford one game every 2 weeks. So, I don't want to buy Assassin's Creed 2 and then beat it in 3 days. Left 4 Dead 2 would last me a long time, but I have yet to buy the first one. I want to get to Brtal Legend and Uncharted 2 eventually...
    Any Suggestions?
