Forum.sidekickfail.com has recently been created as an open and neutral place for sidekick customers to exchange ideas and vent without the fear of their valuable thoughts, ideas, and opinions being deleted and disrespected as T-Mobile has been doing on their forums.

Is it just me or did Josh seem really nervous with a lot of "I dunno" answers? It is all over Twitter that T-Mobile was giving Sidekick users a $100 gift card along with a month of free service, or just letting them out of their contracts if they so chose. I can't verify if all of these claims have been substantiated, but they at least deserved some type of commentary other than a sputtering "they're obviously going to offer some perks... do something for their users..." I love the guy and read Engadget all the time, but this episode of the Feed seemed really un-informative and disappointing.
