The Last Guardian TGS '09 Trailer

This trailer from Tokyo Game Show 2009 continues to explore the companionship between the game's hero and the large bird-like beast. The Last Guardian is the upcoming PS3 exclusive from Shadow Of Colossus developer Team Ico.

shadow of the colossus. now that you can have really big staged/monsters why not make anothe SOTC game. look at God of war 3 is screams shadows

from what ive heard about this game, since its going to be PS3 exclusive that means top notch graphics, and rumors say that its going to have the best graphics to date. its also supposed to have a full graphics engine which is more then any other game ever. im not sure of details, thats just what ive heard from a friend whos paid a lit more attention to me. and since ive never played shadow of the colossus i dont have any preconceived notions on how good this will be, but ill deff consider it once i see reviews and whatnot when it does finally come out!

You can't tell a lot about the game other than there being some playful connection or understanding between the boy and beast. So saying the Shadow of the Colossus looked better than this is a bit premature. As for boring? Nah, just a different pace. You must be amped up or something. I think this is a nice prelude to a quite possibly epic adventure. The surrounding architecture was beautiful and it was interesting that they didn't reveal the creature in its entirety, especially the face. I am looking forward to this expanding gaming beyond the now typical shoot 'em, slice 'em, blood 'em up games. Cheers.

could've sworn i saw this trailer back in the day like before halo 2 back in the day.... yeah well im not 100% sure on the date but i distinctly remember seeing this way back when
