This game expands more if anything on the hype of halo 3, A.I stands for in this game Artificial idiot.

Not really worth the price, and is shorter than h3.

I look at the GTA expansions and they're 20 bucks, new story, new weapons, new multiplayer modes. Then I look at ODST. No new weapons, and everything else is the same as GTA's expansion: a new story, a new multiplayer mode etc. The price of this thing is so ridiculous. It's like they're carrying over the costs of their failed movie onto the consumer. The perception of gamers, especially in the case of Bungie, is that the fans are so die hard that they'll buy the game even if they're being screwed and/or they're kids, they don't know any better, and neither do the parents. It's easy to say, " if you're willing to pay, then the price point is correct," but the saying "I'd give my first born..." is hyperbole and I'm starting to think that gamers don't get that. The combination of the older gamers willing to buy franchises at any price and younger gamers not knowing any better, is just going to lead to a future of more gouging in the industry.

this will be the best halo game besides halo 3. Going back to the basics is a good thing for halo right now in my opinion.
