Resident Evil 4 had on or two kind of creepy parts, but seriously? It can't even rank with Silent Hill or Fatal Frame. Where's Ku-On or Eternal Darkness? What about the other Silent Hills? This list is BS.

The first Resident Evil was far more \"spooky\" than the shooter that RE4 was.

I'll admit Fatal Frame 2 did creep me out at times. I wouldn't put Bio Shock on the horror list. Instead add External Darkness from Gamecube. All I know is that, game ain't right. Not only did External Darkness have creepy moments but it totally mess with you. I hope Alan Wake will revilalize the horror genere in games.
