i think if it plays just like guilty gear, you'll get used too it in a few hours, but then again, i'm a beast using Ky, so i'll use Jin for this game.

I agree with the crappy story. But, c'mon. Can anyone think of a fighting game story that wasnt lame? But the non-accessble thing is all wrong, I suck at 2D fighters, but when i picked this up I was pulling of some pretty amazing things, at least they looked amazing, and thats what made it so much fun. Its one of those games where its easy to pick up and do cool stuff from the get go, but to be truely awesome at it you have to practice and learn to do the difficult stuff.

Still, this game deserves 4/5, hella fun. ^^y

I don't consider my self a "die-hard" anime fantard.... but there's two points here that more or less piss me off...

-God-awful story: Um, BS? I know fighters aren't the most suitable table for great and compelling storytelling, and certainly BB isn't RPG-material...but this is a typical G4 label; anytime something at least *attempts* at conveying some sort of plot, it's practically lynched on spot. And what's even more funny is that BB's attempt at plot goes so far as to dwarf games that are *supposed* to have a good one. Halo 3 anyone? Oblivion anyone? Xenosaga anyone?

-Not very accessible: It could just be me, but this is by far one of the most beginner-friendly 2D fighters since....well, ever. Takes time to get used to, but thanks to the Drive feature even n00bs have no problems busting out the ass-kickings.

This ain't a 5/5 game, but some of the cons listed here are just typical G4 bigotry.
