The first chapter of Mass Effect was one of the greatest games ever made. Mass Effect 2 is going to blow peoples minds and will win game of the year in 2010.

Im skeptical about Alan Wake too. If the movement is stiff, not fluid and controls are unintuitive this could be another Alone in the Dark. In fact I remember hype about this game dying down around the time of Alone in the darks release and terrible reviews. The fact that they say its episodic (like AITD) doesn't really make me excited about this one.
