Kevin Pereira talks to DJ Davey Dave from Pioneer Electronics to show us how to mix and manipulate video, sound and music by combining the DVJ-1000 turntables and SVM-1000 mixer that goes way beyond the typical turntable set-up.
What You Need To Know
The DVJ-1000 Turntables allow you to mix and scratch DVDs, set up cue points and loop visuals. Simply load the DVD disc in and you're ready to go.
The SVM-1000 features four channels, add text, import jpgs, hook up a camera and/or laptop and preview everything on an LCD screen.
DVDJ-1000 retails for $3,000
SVM-1000 Mixer retails for $8,000.00
It's pricey but you get your money's worth.
