Facebook Steals Your Stuff

We're joined via satellite with Caroline McCarthy from cnet.com to talk about the recent changes to Facebook's terms of service and what it could mean to all the original material including blogs, pictures, and videos you're uploading.

Ever wondered what those long complicated, legal-speak windows when you sign up for something have to sa? Well, Facebook quietly changed theirs recently to include a clause claiming ownership for your material and everything you upload which means they can use you to sell ads, create ads, or even repackage and sell your content in some new form, like a book or DVD compilation.

Yikes! Hands off our stuff, Zuckerberg!
