Recording Industry Drops All Lawsuits

File this under, "No one saw this coming," but the Recording Industry has decided to drop all lawsuits against copyright infringers who share music. We're joined by Eliot Van Buskirk from New York to get some expert insight into how this could have happened.

Eliot is the editor of the Wired music blog, Listening Post, and has worked for MP3.com and CNET, where he started his digital music journey with an insider column that led to McGraw-Hill publishing his first book, Burning Down the House: Ripping, Recording, Remixing and More in 2003.
