In today's Attack This, Mr. Hardwick takes us through the confusing holiday shopping frenzy for giant, expensive, ridiculous things we don't need, like a jet-powered automobile, a 2000 lbs. panzer tank powered by 6 bicycles, and a DIY FAQ for building your own powerloader like the one in Aliens.

OK, so you can't buy any of this stuff, but you can spend a lot of money and time making these things for your loved ones before the holidays...

Jet Car – some dude made a miniature F35, that he drives around on the street.
 
Pedal-Powered Panzer – This pink, 2000-pound tank is powered by 6 dudes on bikes, with a functioning pneumatic cannon that shoots water and wieners.
 
Aliens Powerloader – Just as seen in Aliens, this beast is not mechanical but it does look pretty true to the original.
 
Blender Defender – A motion detector and webcam scan for incoming intruders. A blender and strobe go off in an attempt to teach kitties a lesson about where they can go.
