DXG-567V Camcorder

Do you need an HD camcorder? Are you working with a limited budget? The DXG-567V Camcorder may be the perfect solution for you. Find out when we review it in today's Gadget Pr0n.

What You Need to Know

  • It feels sort of cheap
  • 0.81” thick may sound thin, but it's bulgy in your pocket
  • Not too heavy, but everything is obviously plastic; there's no way it's going to survive a good drop
  • Switchblade USB is fun to mess with
  • The directional pad looks like you should be able to scroll like an iPod, but you can't; the top and bottom buttons don't even do anything
  • The little joystick in the middle is your zoom and it can change video quality, while the side buttons change mode
  • You won't need to navigate through menus since it's all at your fingertips
  • In low light, there is way too much grain and if you move while shooting, everything has trails
  • Outdoors is good, but again, you have to stay very still
  • Colors are muted and not very natural
  • The 720p resolution really doesn't matter since the video quality is so bad
  • Go to our YouTube channel for examples
  • It's easy to get your video since it's drag and drop or direct upload
  • SDHC card slot is cool too
  • Video quality should be first on your list, and this doesn't have it

  • $115
