Human beings are violent by nature. It’s part of who we are and there’s no sense in denying it. However, that doesn’t mean people have to go around getting into fights.

They can however watch ripped dudes who know martial arts get into fights. Watching MMA fighting is a perfect way to channel that violent, primate energy. Another way is to visit MMA blogs, like the ones in today’s show. Just sayin’.
